1. Registration Fee

Note:

·The registration fee covers conference materials and meals provided during the event.

·To be eligible for discounted rates for medical technologists, residents and students, applicants must present a valid Student ID Card / Employee's card for verification. WASPaLM reserves the right of final interpretation.

·Attendees shall arrange their own round-trip travel to Shanghai. All travel and accommodation costs shall be borne by attendees themselves.

·Attendees are advised to complete leave approval procedures with their respective institutions in advance.

4. Online Registration 

Go through the online Credit Card Payment system to complete the online registration. The Chinese Medical Association is not responsible for fraudulent credit card transactions.

5. Payment Option
All registration fees must be settled in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Any exchange rate fluctuations or associated losses shall be covered by participants.

6. Cancellation and Refund

All cancellations must be emailed to waspalm2026@163.com by September 30. Please include your registration name and ID. Confirmation of cancellation shall be deemed effective only upon acknowledgment and response from the WASPaLM 2026 registration team.

7. For Visa Invitation Letter
To obtain an official visa invitation letter for Chinese visa application, international participants must complete online registration payment via this official conference website.
Please fill in all required passport‑related information within the registration system. The meeting secretariat will send the official invitation letter to your email.
Invitation letters will not be issued by separate email request.
