I. Booking Procedures

The forum provides self-paid accommodation booking for standard registrants. Expenses are reimbursable through your institution.
Rooms are confirmed only after payment.
Housing allocation follows a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Requests are accommodated where possible but not guaranteed. If preferred hotels are unavailable, arrange independently.

Note: Book 2 nights (November 12–14, 2026).

Note: Shared rooms are matched with same-gender attendees. Single-occupancy surcharge applies if unmatched.

III. Booking Terms

Deadline: November 5, 2026, 23:59 CST. Book early due to limited rooms.
Standard stay: Check-in November 12, check-out November 14 (2 nights). For alternate dates, contact the Housing Desk.
Shared rooms: Single-bed bookings are matched with same-gender roommates. If unmatched, a single-occupancy surcharge applies.

IV. Modifications & Cancellations

Free cancellation until November 5, 2026.
No cancellations/refunds after November 5. Bookings may be transferred to another attendee.Submit requests via email: mailto:yipinzhusu@163.com. The team will respond promptly.

Important:
For two invoices per room booking, specify this during reservation. Default: one invoice per booking.

Verify invoice details (title, amount) with your finance department before booking.
