Professor Qiuhui Pan is a researcher at Shanghai Children's Medical Center(SCMC), Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. She heads the Department of Laboratory Medicine and the Newborn Screening Center and serves as Executive Director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Pediatric Clinical Molecular Diagnosis and Treatment. She holds several academic appointments, including Chair of the Clinical Diagnosis and Laboratory Medicine Branch of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, and Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology at the School of Medical Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine .

Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of pediatric solid tumors, molecular diagnostics, and targeted intervention strategies. She has led 9 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC), including a subproject under a major research program, General Program projects, and Young Scientists Fund projects, as well as key municipal and major clinical research projects in Shanghai.

She has been recognized as a Leading Talent under Shanghai's Oriental Talent Program, a Shanghai Medical Leading Talent, and an Outstanding Academic Leader by the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality. Her scientific achievements have been recognized with the First Prize in Natural Sciences of the National Maternal and Child Health Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and other awards in medical science and oncology research. She has filed 21 invention patent applications, with 10 patents granted and 4 achievements transferred for practical application.
