Important Reminders
(1)If your abstract has been accepted for Oral Presentation
Please check your presentation schedule on the conference website after October 26. Each oral presentation is limited to 6 minutes, subject to the final programme. Please kindly prepare your slides beforehand and we recommend using the official conference template for your slides. You can download the officia lPPT template from the website or click here to download.
(2) If your abstract has been accepted for Print Poster (E-Poster is NOT required)
Poster dimension: 120 cm (height) × 90 cm (width).
a) Please click the link (https://waspalm2026.sciconf.cn/en/contribute/index/37026) by October 31 to confirm online whether you will present your poster onsite. If you confirm onsite poster presentation, please produce your poster and bring it to the conference venue yourself.
b) Please ensure all text and graphics stay within the poster margin. The poster must include the title, authors, affiliations and references. Display boards will be provided on site. Please mount and present your poster at the assigned location within the designated time according to your poster ID (e.g. P0-01).

(3) If your abstract has been accepted for E-Poster (Print Poster is NOT required)
Please submit your e-poster via the link: https://waspalm2026.sciconf.cn/cn/contribute/index/37026
Submission instructions:
a) Log in with your account and password to access your personal center. Go to “Submission Management”, then click the “Upload” button to submit your e-poster file.
b) Download the official e-poster template from the website or click here to download.
c) E-poster submission deadline: November 9, 2026.
d) For any technical questions regarding e-poster submission, please contact the Secretariat via email: waspalm2026@163.com.
(4) If your paper is accepted for Publish Only, no oral presentation is required. You are welcome to actively join the conference.
